PreK & Kindergarten Registration

  • Student Registration Students must be 4 years of age by December 1, 2021 in order to register for PreK and must be 5 years of age by December 1, 2021 in order to register for Kindergarten. The forms listed below must be filled out and returned for students to be enrolled in PreK or Kindergarten at Pratt Elementary School.
